He graduated in Psychology in 1976 with a thesis on "The new Italian Comics, from birth to Linus."

As a writer he wrote stories for Comics, published by Comic Art, The Wizard of Mondadori, Il Giornalino, Il Giorno, Fotografare, Paese Sera, Il Messaggero, Flash. Lanciostory, I Quaderni del Sale.
He invented a lot of original characters such as "Yeti", "Hans and Chica," "Hud Kelly", "Piero". He wrote biographies for Comics including "The big  jazzmen," Movie stars", "The famous football players."

 

He started working as a writer for Radio Rai in 1978. He has written texts of many broadcasts of variety, quiz and original radio plays, including "The Fall Jazz," "Love means," "What day was that day?", "The Spoiler", "Flip open" " An invention called the disc"," Music and words for a holiday day "," My son, Nicola, "" A history of jazz. "

In 1983 he started to write for Television Rai. He was the author of Hello Italy, Open Space, Afternoon on the two, Forte Fortissimo, Saturday Zecchino, Scruples, The tales of Topo Gigio,  Beauty, Christmas Gifts, Men, A sparkling day.

For TV-Montecarlo instead he wrote the children program Zap Zap
 

MOVIES- He directed in 1989   "Operation Parrot", written together with Piero Chiambretti and Claudio Delle Fratte, starring Leo Gullotta, Siusy Blady, Nicola Pistoia, Gianluca Favilla, Tiberio Murgia, Didi Perego and Massimo Lanzetta
In 2000 he wrote and directed "A Year in the Country-side", starring Francesca Antonelli, Yari Gugliucci, Simone Piccioni, Sandra Eyraud, Giulio Di Mauro, Ludovica Modugno).


For fiction he wrote the novels "Il giovane cavaliere" (The young knight ) (Einaudi publisher.) and "Tre ragazzi ed il sultano"(Three guys and the sultan) (Mursia publisher)

For the illustrated fairy tales he wrote "Mamma Natale" (Mommy Christmas) and "Mamma Natale e i pirati" (Mommy Christmas and the Pirates") ( Mursia publishers ). For the travel industry he wrote "Rome for two" and "Walkin ' Rome."

He lives in Rome, graduated in Psychology, owner of Hotel Modigliani in the historic center, heis married and has three children.
